高速护坡模具在建筑造型塑造的应用主要归功于塑料的良好可塑性,所谓塑料的可塑性就是加热固体塑料使其软化,然后将软化后的塑料放入预先制定好的模具中,待塑料冷却后就可以形成所要求形状的固体塑料。根据分子结构的不同,塑料的可区别为:热塑性材料和热固性材料。当分子结构都是线型结构,加热塑料使之熔化,至于高速护坡模具成一定的形状,冷却后又变硬。这种模具材料就叫热塑性材料,这个加热后凝固的过程可以重复多次的进行。由于能够重复利用和高机械强度,此类材料因此发展很快;当分子结构是体型结构,加热时候也可融化,可以塑制成一定的形状。但是高速护坡模具材料不同之处在于:当其温度升高一定的程度或加入少量固化剂后就定型硬化了,此状态不会随以后温度的升高而改变。因此这类材料是不会在被回收再用。显而易见,此类材料不能被重复利用,但是不容易变形,因而也在工程上得到了大量的应用。 The application of high-speed slope protection moulds in building moulding is mainly attributed to the good plasticity of plastics. But the difference of high-speed slope protection die material is that when the temperature rises to a certain extent or a small amount of curing agent is added, the setting hardening will not change with the subsequent temperature rise. So this kind of material will not be recycled. Obviously, this kind of material can not be reused, but it is not easy to deform, so it has also been widely used in engineering. |
