| 高速钢模具的生成原理 Forming principle of high speed steel mould 1、 准备钢模具或者是道牙塑料模具一个，振动平台一台，混合好的混凝土适量。 1. Prepare a steel mold or a plastic mold for the road teeth, a vibration platform and a proper amount of mixed concrete. 2、将混合好的混凝土倒入钢模具或者是道牙塑料模具内，经振动平台振动30秒左右，去下置于阴凉避光的仓库之内。 2. Pour the mixed concrete into the steel mold or the plastic mold of the road teeth, vibrate through the vibration platform for about 30 seconds, and put it in a cool and dark warehouse. 3、放置一定的时间大约24小时左右冬季一般放置2-3天。 3. It is generally placed for 2-3 days in winter for about 24 hours. 4、待混凝土凝固成型之后进行拆模或者脱模成型。 4. After the concrete is solidified and formed, the formwork shall be removed or demoulded. |
